DAY 01: CHENNAI

On arrival you are met and transferred to hotel. Check in and proceed to visit Fort St. George and Marina Beach. Overnight stay.

DAY 02: CHENNAI – KANCHEEPURAM – MAHABALIPURAM

Assistance on arrival, drive to Mahabalipuram. Enroute visit Kancheepuram the land of thousand temples, also renowned for world famous silk saris. Mahabalipuram was the second capital of the Pallava kings of Kancheepuram. Visit shore temple and Arjuna’s penance. Overnight stays.

DAY 03: MAHABALIPURAM- PONDICHERRY

After breakfast drive to Pondicherry. Visit Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville. Overnight stay.

DAY 04: PONDICHERRY – CHENNAI – COCHIN

After breakfast drive to Chennai. Fly Chennai to Kochi. Upon arrival check in at your hotel. Kochi: – Is a vibrant city situated on the south – west coast of the Indian peninsula. Witness Kathakali show in the evening. Overnight stay.

DAY 05: COCHIN

Breakfast and proceed for Cochin sightseeing. Kochi has one of the finest harbors of Kerala Visit Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St.Francis Church, and Chinese Fishing Nets. Overnight stay.

DAY 06: COCHIN – PERIYAR

Depart to Periyar after an early breakfast .Arrive and check in at your hotel. Evening Boating at Lake Periyar to watch the wild life. Shop in the spice market where you can purchase the fresh spices. Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 07: PERIYAR – KUMARAKOM – HOUSEBOAT

After breakfast proceed to Kumarakom – The most interesting area in the backwaters of Kerala. Upon arrival board your houseboat. Overnight stay onboard the Houseboat.

DAY 08: ALLEPPEY – COCHIN DEPARTURE
After breakfast you are transferred to airport for your flight for onwards journey.
