From the standpoint of value, my Wife had priced the original itinerary and we were at a comparable price with the travel agent but would have had all of the headaches. Sometimes when you book through the Internet you don't get breakfast and it is difficult to make changes. We also had been too aggressive in what we could cover and Shailesh gave us some good ideas to revise our itinerary. The whole team of mystikal india made the tour memorable. everything was perfect- be it driver, punctuality, courtesy, chef on the houseboat. Every minute detail was taken care of within seconds of asking. Mr.Nair and Mr.Noble were always ready to help. All i had to do was call them up! Also, it wasn't like other agencies where we were to follow an itinerary given by them with strict time schedules. On 31 September 2007, me and my family went on a boat trip in Kerala with Shailesh from Mystikal India. One of the company's employees picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the point of departure in Alappuzha, at a local boat-yard. It was indeed a good idea to depart from a boat-yard, since it gave us an insight into how these marvelous boats are build.
