After having chosen on the tour of your liking and customized it the way you wanted, a quotation is sent, upon confirmation you need to pay an initial deposit; initial deposit is normally 10% of the nett value unless specified otherwise. This deposit is non-refundable amount regardless of when/why should you choose to cancel.  It goes to pay our initial costs, such as telephone calls, mailing costs, costs associated with making your initial reservation, and associated administrative costs. Another 15% needs to be paid 60 days prior to arrival and  balance 75% to be paid 45 days before travel unless specified otherwise. For international payments exchange rates as applicable on the day of receipt would be levied, please ask for the rate of exchange at the time of confirmation to avoid any ambiguity.

Last minute bookings and cancellations will be purely based on vendor policy, kindly check for the same before you place bookings. Following receipt of the deposit, bookings will be placed in accordance with the confirmation sent to you. Subsequent payments can be made as per the terms mentioned in the payments section within the stipulated time frame.


All rates quoted are per person, based on double occupancy, and in rupees unless specified in the relevant foreign currency. Prices are quoted in foreign currency to Foreign nationals and non resident Indians only. All prices, except for when a deposit has been accepted by the guest, are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Mystikal Holidays. Charges associated with payments will have to be borne by the user; these charges may be on currency conversion, transaction, service charges levied by the users of bank, payment gateways or popular payments sites as enabled on the website. Kindly be informed that during the peak season, festivals, holidays, mice movements a “peak supplement” is charged over and above the published rates along with mandatory supplements at times for special occasions like Christmas, New Year etc.

Tour costs include accommodation, transportation, all taxes and surcharges on them, breakfast at your hotels unless specified otherwise. Tour cost generally does not include entry fees, guides, airfares, train fares, cruise fares, activities unless clearly specified. As we are into customization we can give you an all inclusive tour to your liking but we sincerely believe that a certain amount of freedom is required to have flexibility during your tour- which allows you to decide the food that you want to eat , decide to take an easy day and skip the sightseeing etc – creating a saving which wont be possible when everything is prepaid.

Child Supplement: Children below 6 years are generally not charged. However for kids up to 12 years there is an additional supplement with bed and for without bed.

Adult Supplement: Children above 12 years in hospitality terms are considered as adults so actual charges would apply as levied by the vendors.

Single supplement: This will be applied according to your choice of the tour should you opt for a single room.


A line of confirmation by mail is mandatory to proceed the booking. Kindly ensure that you have read and understood each and every aspect of the tour clearly before sending in confirmation. It is our duty to ensure that you have understood well about the hotels where you would be staying, the transport in which you would travel and the air/rail/ bus connectivity that you would be taking to connect between places.  Kindly note we are artists of a different league and we choose our service providers based on specific qualities and past experiences, however none of these services are owned by us. While we ensure the best of services from our side individual services delivery is the responsibility of the service provider specified. You can ask all your clarifications until the time you are fully satisfied to say yes.


Very infrequently, small changes may be made to your travel arrangements which we reserve the right to do so at any time, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date if it becomes unavoidable. These changes may be the result of Force Majeure or other similar reasons that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, preponement of flights, delays in departures, missed connecting flights, hartals, strikes or riots, over bookings or closure of a hotel, decisions taken by  Governments bodies, VIP movements, etc. This may result in an alteration of the itinerary, omission of a destination, or changing the time spent in a particular destination. As these changes are situational and not due to our mistake we shall not be liable for any expenses arising out of this situation. We shall however try our best to provide you with alternative arrangements with minimal cost escalation, and if not, give you a refund as per our policies defined in the “refund section” .

Changes to your tour package after your acceptance, are done purely subject to availability, flexibility of vendors, the period and based on associated amendment/cancellation charges. A written confirmation is essential for us to process any request, this can be sent in by an email or by just signing the amendment note with the vendor. For any reason we are unable to make your desired changes, we’ll offer you the option for a refund as defined in our “Cancellation” section.
