PAYMENTS
All payments, deposits & other monetary sums are quoted per person basis unless specified in the quote. We require only this initial deposit when you accept the itinerary.
We accept payments by Bank Transfer which is the most preferred medium and into the bank as mentioned below. Kindly be adviced that the payee has to bear all parent bank and interbank charges while making the payment. In case any deductions are made while receiving the payment into Mystikal Holidays bank account for payments transferred by clients, the same will have to be setteled in cash on arrival.

We also accept payments by credit cards, debit cards and other options but these attract additional payment gateway charges as indicated at the timeof payment.
After having chosen on the tour of your liking and customized it the way you wanted, a quotation is sent, upon confirmation you need to pay an initial deposit; initial deposit is normally 25 % of the nett value unless specified otherwise. This deposit is refundable after reducing 10% cancellation fee and transaction charges if any, regardless of when/why should you choose to cancel. It goes to pay our initial costs, such as telephone calls, mailing costs, costs associated with making your initial reservation, and associated administrative costs. Balance 75% to be paid 60 days before travel unless specified otherwise. For international payments exchange rates as applicable on the day of receipt would be levied, please ask for the rate of exchange at the time of confirmation to avoid any ambiguity.
In case of flight/train/cruise bookings 100% advance would be required as all these are on real time technology and prices vary based on the time of purchase. The quotation is based on the approximate pricing for these services, the actual pricing at the time of booking would be levied and payment collected accordingly. There is a fee associated with each and every ancillary service which is built in to the cost.
Reservations that include a hotel stay during the period between Dec 15th and Jan 15th & during the period of conferences, festival holidays, national holidays , sporting events and major events ( dates for which will be indicated separately) 100% of the cost of your tour is required 60 days before your tour begins. Also any amendments made during the tour will attract actual cost incurred for amending the same and will have to be settled directly with the vendor. Cost applicable by airlines in such cases will be levied as per actuals and will be payble by the client as extras. All special offers attract 100% upfront payment within a week of booking/ prior to arrival whichever is earlier.
CANCELLATION
If Mystikal Holidays does not receive, or is unable to process any of your payments within as per the schedule outlined above after even the reminders are sent, we will cancel your reservation and process a refund of your total payments, after adjusting for the cancellation costs. We use secure servers to process your electronic payments. A request for cancellation will only be considered valid if it is communicated on the email unless it is done from our end due to non payment.
Mystikal Holidays reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.
Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In this case if any tour participant misses on any part of sight seeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any part utilized or unutilized services.
Mystikal Holidays accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, VISA lapses, strike, weather/ quarantine, political unrest, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or other causes. Mystikal Holidays will try in its best capacity to provide you best solution during such situation, however any additional expenses arising out of such situation(s) will have to paid and settled directly. Mystikal advises each and every traveler to get appropriate insurance while on tour to avoid and any unwanted expenses.
Cancellation Policy :For cancellations made before following days prior to the onward journey excluding date of journey.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy.If you cancel your tour, or do not make payments as per the agreed upon schedule, Mystikal Holidays shall process your refund (after deducting the cancellation charges and transaction charges. Charges associated with refunds will have to be borne by the user; these charges may accrue due to currency conversions, transaction, service charges levied by the bank, payment gateways etc ) in thirty days vide cheque, demand draft or via bank transfer in the name in which we received the payment from the earliest of the following dates:

- The scheduled date of departure.
- The day the passenger requests a refund.
- The day of cancellation by Mystikal India.
