From the standpoint of value, my Wife had priced the original itinerary and we were at a comparable price with the travel agent but would have had all of the headaches. Sometimes when you book through the Internet you don’t get breakfast and it is difficult to make changes. We also had been too aggressive in what we could cover and Shailesh gave us some good ideas to revise our itinerary. An added benefit was that we had a car service and local guide at every location which made all of the difference from a convenience/logistics standpoint. The guides varied, but overall were good. This service as critical and something that we would have overlooked had we done this on our own.
