In addition she was flexible and accommodating and did a great job at meeting our varying needs. Jisha did a wonderful job keeping in touch with us and making sure that we were happy everyday and that everything was going smoothly which was so appreciated. Remarks: Our driver was excellent. He was very courteous and did a great job making us feel safe even though we were not used to the Indian traffic, however, there were times when we would have found it helpful if he could have explained more about what we were seeing as we drove.

Car Driver Mr.Simson was very friendly and courteous. Remarks: Proper and full details about event timings at places of visit. For Example, boat ride, trekking, cloud walk and all events in Thekkeday was missed because we reached the place at 2:00 PM. Early morning visit at 6:00 AM to Thelleday is ideal.

What a wonderful place that we enjoyed very much. The driver Mr.Rasheed was such a wonderful and nice person and has an excellent personality. Rasheed was not only knowledgeable, he knew about the events in Munnar. I deeply appreciate him. Thank you very much for sending him to be our driver as well as guide.
When we worried about the ‘hardhal’ on 24th May, Rasheed brilliantly taken us for nice elephant ride at dream land and enjoyed the total day. We have not wasted our timings and really enjoyed. I would like to appreciate and thankful to Mr.Shibu and Mr.Sathish at Houseboat. Wow..what a delicious food Sathish had prepared! It was very homely and very tasty.
